- Assisted with disseminating information regarding HK’s Bella Ranch dumping the effluent into Kicaster Creek. Helped with Town Hall September 2nd. Mailed out TCEQ notice NOT sent to all property owners along Kicaster Creek. Attended recording session with KSAT on the issue.
- Responded to many phone calls from property owners concerning the Kicaster Creek issue.
- Corresponded with James Freasier regarding Bella’s Ranch proposed subdivision.
- Corresponded with Natasha Martin, (Freasier’s environmental attorney) on the Kicaster Creek issue.
- Corresponded with property owner communication regarding 2 alleged deed restriction violations:
- 2 trailers on a lot yet no house under construction – Debi and I walked over and no one was living there. Talked with the neighbor who claimed the owners come and go. Wilson County CAD indicates owners live in Washington state.
- Parking of a tractor truck on homeowner’s property. Asked the complainants how long and when the tractor truck is parked there. It is currently not there.
- Placed ad in Wilson County News for October 4th Fall garage sale.
- Checked PO Box for mail.
- Created agenda for board meeting.
- Filed approved Procedure Amendment at the Wilson County Clerk’s Office.

We delivered gift baskets for the Commissioners’ Court and one for Russell King to thank them for their hard work in representing us – mainly for the HK proposed development. Baskets were filled with homemade goodies: breads, cookies, and candy.
- Delivered a gift basket to James Freasier’s office filled with above mentioned goodies and a $100 gift card (plus a $20 free gift card for the $100 purchase) to JA Alexander’s to thank him for all he has done to fight the HK proposed development.
- Drove neighborhood with Patrick Kelly to evaluate holiday decorations for the contest. Forwarded thoughts/selections to Kim Bradley, Chair of the Holiday Decorating Contest.

- Sent dues invoices to 2024 HOA members.
- Created agenda for board meetings and membership meeting.
