  • Posted Amendment Procedure reminders on NextDoor and Facebook pages specific to Shannon Ridge.

  • Helped create poll to ascertain interest in modifying deed restrictions
    • Helped create changes to deed restrictions
  • Created agendas for board and membership meetings

Recommendations: It is imperative that board members check and respond to emails in a timely manner.  Please check your emails at least a couple times per week.  Communication is key to a successful board!

  • Telephone conversations with attorney Rosenberg regarding finalizing violation #1 case.
  • Telephone conversation with attorney Newton regarding violation #2 (Kerry), and finalizing the case.
  • Answered email to homeowner who filed complaint to violation #2.
  • Checked PO Box for mail.
  • Forwarded dues checks to treasurer.
  • Reserved the pavilion at Helton Nature Park for St. Patrick’s Day event, then had to cancel it (with full refund) due to rain.
  • Attended meeting with Debi Segovia at SAWS to garner information with respect to wastewater treatment plants, March 1st.
  • Met with Commissioners King and Martin, along with Debi Segovia and Glen Mabe with respect to Bella’s Ranch proposed subdivision, March 8th.
  • Attended Commissioners’ Court, March 25th.
  • Attended Open Forum with WC Permits & Development Dept, March 25th.
  • Placed ad for Spring Garage Sale in WC News, NextDoor, and Shannon Ridge Social page, and placed signage along Hwy 181.
  • Created agenda for board meeting.
  • Drafted Resolution to HB 614.

Financial Statement: $150.00 for Helton Nature Park pavilion which was fully refunded.  $16.20 for WC News garage sale ad to be split by Eagle Creek Ranch.
